I have a busy schedule, and I don't have time to be measuring out and activating mms at work every hour for 8 hours (realistically this won't happen until 1-2 years from now, when I'm more free). I have heard about a protocol where you take 3 large doses of 15 drops each of MMS. How many ounces of water do you use? What are the protocol details?
I'm doing it to bust parasites and bioweapons.

You do not have to make so-called "fresh" MMS1 hourly doses. Use what had been used for many years; the all-day bottle of MMS1. Dose from the bottle hourly, 1/8 or 1/10 of the bottle. See attached PDF file.
Dosing hourly is very important because that is how long CLO2 lasts in the body. To keep pressure on pathogens, you need to dose hourly. For removal of parasites, follow a proper parasite protocol.
Another method is to fill 8 or 10 small bottles of about 120ml with MMS1 and drink one bottle each hour. Takes about 10 seconds to drink a dose. What could be simpler? Be sure to fill each bottle full to the top to reduce air space. No need to keep in a fridge.

If you will be using MMS1, you should start by following the Starting Procedure (pages 79 to 84 in the Guidebook) which starts with 1/4 drop doses. Normally the Starting Procedure lasts for 4 days.Thank you so much! I’m finding the dosing really confusing. I’ve read and reread the book, and I’m looking at the file now, but I’m still not quite getting it. It seems like each subsequent dose is more concentrated, but I’m unsure how to measure the doses correctly. Are there any beginner-friendly videos that could help?
The next MMS1 protocol is Protocol-1000, which has a maximum hourly dose of 3 drops. Below is the basic method of making a dose of MMS1 if you did not see it in the Guidebook.
You can take a free course in making MMS1 and CDS doses here .

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
