I've been working with Chlorine Dioxide for nearly 2 years now. I've done many 3 week protocal 1000+ cleanses while taking a month or two off between them as symptoms seem to slowly come back. Even though some symptoms reappear due to what I believe is an inability of my body to process toxins efficiently I am doing much better overall. I hope to write a full testimonial of my experience and all it's done for me.
But currently I was thinking of experimenting with taking a daily 8-10 drop maintenance dose in a water bottle and sipping throughout the day, like Dr Lee Merrit recommends. But rather than take it in the 10-12oz (350ml) bottle as she recommends I was thinking of taking it in a quart(litter) bottle. Does anyone have any knowledge if this would reduce the effectiveness? The daily dosing bottle is normally 1 quart / liter, so nothing new there. See attached daily maintenance dose protocol.
I'd also be curious if taking my 3 drop/every hour for 8 hours/3 week in a larger glass of water would work as good as in the recommended half glass of water. So in doing this I would be diluting the does in a larger amount of water and am wondering how this might effect the solution. MMS1 needs stomach acid to finish activation, so too much water per hourly dose could be a problem.

Hi,I accidentally started with a dose of 20 activated drops in 700 ml, which is clearly too much — but I didn’t know it at the time… I ended up with a significant intestinal blockage. Don’t you think that even 10 drops in 350 ml might be a bit too much? Or maybe a body that’s used to it can handle it better? I’m still quite unfamiliar with MMS — could you give me some more detailed information? Thanks a lot!
You are dosing MMS1 without following Jim Humble approved protocols? You don't have any of his books? His protocols are only found in his books. See two attached protocols to get you started. Please get his latest book .

It mixed the two things that is, 20 activated MMS drops in 700 ml of water, to drink throughout the day.
I had never taken anything like that before, so it was a very strong dose for me, even though I only drank about 250–300 ml.
In the evening, I immediately felt intestinal blockage, which is slowly resolving now hopefully it didn’t cause further damage.
That tool (ChatGPT) is unfortunately also controlled; sometimes it lies on purpose or pretends not to remember, because it’s impossible it didn’t know the correct dosages.
Thanks for the book links.

Does Merritt suggest a kind of Kalcker-style protocol with CDS to drink over 1 liter of water? But does she do it with MMS1?Basically, it’s similar to the one ChatGPT had me do, but way too strong.
Now I’ll try Kalcker’s CDS approach, which seems easier to start with, but I don’t know which one is more effective.

And here's a link to her Chlorine Dioxide protocol: www.drleemerritt.com/media/Chloprine_Dioxide_Protocol_updated_30_Oct_2024.pdf
I don't believe moving forward I'll be able to trust ChatGPT or any other AI. They are pushing this narrative that they are worried about it and that it can take over. This is to try and convince people that its an controllable, unbiased, and independent source. But it's no different than the internet or youtube, etc. which will continue to censor and control what's allowed to be talked about. Just a thought.

hi,
yes, I was wrong, it wasn’t an intestinal blockage, that part is working fine.
But it was a vagus nerve shock from that ultra-strong dose without being used to it.
In fact, I do feel the urge to go and the stool passes easily, it’s just that I’m missing the actual ‘push,’ which is due to the vagus.
I hope I explained it better now.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
